Goalpost is a behavior change platform that helps prevent and manage chronic disease.
Goalpost provides a web-based dashboard for healthcare providers, and a mobile phone app for patients. Healthcare providers can prescribe patients the mobile application for their phone. The mobile application collects active structured (patient-reported outcome) data and unstructured (natural language processing) data. With patient consent, the data is securely displayed on a HIPAA-compliant web dashboard for healthcare providers.

The community is portable, personalised and participatory and forms part of the Humira Patient Support Programme named ‘Viva’ which means ‘embrace life’. MyViva’s sole focus is patient wellness and emotional well-being.
People on MyViva are living with one of the following auto-immune diseases: Crohns disease, Plaque Psoriasis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. MyViva community is a place where they can connect with one another, share their experiences, provide support to one another and receive professional help via the MyViva nurses.
