Social Code Finalist at Linktank LongTerm Care Innovation Challenge
LTC LINK Tank is co-hosted by InnovateLTC and the LTC LINK Conference, which was held July 22-24 in Chicago, Ill.
The LTC LINKTank continues to gain momentum as a forum for startups focused on long-term care and senior care, to introduce their products to top Venture Capitalists, corporate VCs, and healthcare buyers and suppliers. The competition aims to solve challenges for providers who serve the fast-growing ageing population residing in nursing homes and other communal-living environments.
We were delighted to be one of the finalists and runners-up at the event. Patient engagement and social connectivity is vital for the ageing population to prevent social isolation which leads to poor health outcomes. Chronic disease affects over half the population over the age of 50, changes in behavior and lifestyle are important ways older people can manage their own health and empowers them to do so.
Congrats to the team at Walkjoy which helps restore neuropathic ability, who won the event!
