Code Blue, our smartphone app aimed at helping teens experiencing depression, has been independently profiled by the highly respected, British Psychological Society.

Chartered psychologist, Dr Tom Grange comments, “Depression is a common and normal part of adolescence that can often be helped. One of the problems with depression is accessing support. This can be for lots of reasons such as stigma, lack of motivation and, unlike other forms of more obvious distress such as anxiety and anger, it can be hard for family, school staff and friends to recognise depression in others. Therefore, an app that helps young people start the process of getting help is to be encouraged.
