Last week we had the pleasure of participating in Pilot Health Tech New York at the Genome Centre in Manhattan. This is Social Code’s second year in the pilot and it was great to see more host organisations participating from across the healthcare ecosystem: pharma, insurers, hospitals, non-profits and universities. It was also fantastic to see representatives from the city of New York so openly supportive of health tech innovation.
The way it works is host organisations request meetings with startups they want to learn more about and potentially partner with. The representatives of the host organisations were decision makers which made a big difference.
We made some excellent connections and now have the opportunity to partner with two of the organisations we met with and are excited about where that may lead.
So thank you Pilot Health Tech New York, and thank you New York! We love you :)
